Crytek is a company, they cant just say 'Oh yes, DX11 will be available at such and such time blah blah blah' without authorisation from the higher ups. Plus its Sunday! People don't work on Sundays! Well some do, but they don't after the crunch of a game release, so whilst your asking in a reasonable way is perfectly sensible, give them the time to respond in an official way instead of just complaining about it

how fail is the secuirty system? WTF. CRYTEK SHOULD have done something to counter that, i BROUGHT the game TODAY and now i realize i could have just downloaded it and played ONLINE for FREE!! While I greatly appreciate what your doing mecha. Don't bump so frequently, it will get this thread closer to a lock. It's spamming and you know how much forum admins like that. So constrict it to like every 12 hours or something.

classic example of pirating being an easier route then actually buying the game :p

everybody wants an answer on this... if they don't intend on implimenting dx11 it will likely ruin the title for PC gamers which can only hurt them.
the fact they just ignore the questions means to me that they have no intention of implementing it because if they did why wouldn't they say so.

as of now the tweet of @CRYTEK_TIAGO regarding how they were working on dx 11 was deleted from his log so i assume that the Almighty cry-tom/adam make him do it

Having worked on a number of programming projects and talked to people who have had to deal with hardware, I will say this: If they didn't code their multiplayer correctly and too much of it is interdependent upon graphical information being transferred between machines they may have shot themselves in the foot with DX11. They have to make sure XBOX and PS3 can support anything they do (since they most likely built their software to be an all-in-one kind of thing) and therefore if we're talking about a level of graphical power that a console can't match... the guys at CryTek are going to be consuming tremendous amounts of coffee lol.
