Cry of Duty: Nanosuit Warfare 2

Why did you copy multiplayer from Call of duty?

- Basic COD multiplayer logic.
- Weapon animation from COD.
- Death animation COD.
- Primitive COD voice logic. Players in nanosuits but the voices are without effect vestments. Just put pail on actors heads.

Nathan Camarillo, please don't kill Crysis Online. Take your COD disk and throw him in window and go in office for create revolutionary game mode.

Agree with you 100%. As soon as I booted up the demo I thought of that. WTF. Since when does the nanosuit have so dumb suit modules. Also with the rewards from killstreaks. WTFFFF is that ****. Also this is nanosuit -1.0 not 2.0. It is a step back. Since when does energy get wasted while sprinting?

Hate it or love it. I don't like Call of Duty, but I like Crysis 2's MP, but still I don't like Crysis 1's MP because of inbalance issues, that haven't been fixed since now. Nearly unplayable for newcomers.

I'm sick of this "omgz diz has dis elementz from COD this game sux ass wtflol copycat lolwat herp derp durrr hurr". Sure, OK, class system. It borrows that from COD. So what? So what? Huh? Have you got a complaint about how the class and leveling up system works in COD? Do you? Is it not balanced? Is it broken in some way or form? Is there a problem with it? Is there?

If there isn't I suggest that you just shut up. If you can't play the game well enough, that doesn't mean the game svcks.

Unless you have an actual complaint about some element of the game being broken, stop being an idiot and get out.

Thanks

It really doesn't feel like Call of Duty at all, it shares some mechanics like the killstreaks and perks, but the actual gameplay does not feel like CoD.

omg are you serious? its pretty obvious that energy gets used in speed/strength mode, which is the normal mode now, thats why.

almost everything except the fact that the game is a FPS is different from CoD. have you even played both games? Crysis 2 is nothing like CoD.

another thing, all teammates can talk to each other over radio streaming through the suit, thats why there is no static while talking. they arnt talking through the mask, they are talking through intercom or whatever you wanna call it

IMO the gamplay i saw from this demo is what CoD should have been bar the nanosuits and jumoing and ground stomping the ground and so forth. The fluidity if this game is far superior to any CoD title i have ever played by a long shot. Its smoother quicker it makes you think cleverly about skill kills and whether to engage or flank unlike CoD. I play Black Ops online and sometimes it feels too arcadey and clunky missing hit markers and the fact that most people can just hip fire and hit you from across the map. This MP demo is by far a fail IMO. There are a few kinks in it but theres time to air them out before launch day which is why the beta has been released unlike CoD who never release a MP player beta.

100% agree with you, This is far from it! You DO NOT earn instant killstreaks like COD, you pick up the (gosh, quote!) "DOG TAGS" of your fallen enemies, ONLY after collecting enough of these will you earn the RADAR, ORBITAL STRIKE AND CEPH(?) Gun ships! I take it you were the one running and gunning (Like COD) into the end of my shotgun barrel?

The game at first glimps seems like a run of the mill but you couldnt be further from the truth, with the amount of strategy this game requires im surprised some of you can ever agree with the TC. Armor mode,Stealth and Speed modes are IMO decently balanced. You cannot tank about in Armor without leaving yourself looking like a bullet sponge. Theres no camping in stealth without consequence, sit around for too long and the next person you enter a gun fight with will be your last. Speed Mode (No left or right bumper activated) leaves you open to all battlefield hazzards whilst allowing you the chance to run off if things become too heated. At this point i dont think i need to bring up the power jump, you get the idea.

The whole "the game copies COD" train i think is running out steam, too much complaint without substance, there are games for running and gunning and trust me, this isnt one of them. I only feel the Melee attack is a little over powered. My 2pence ;)

I love the way this game looks and feels. the guns may look like the guns from cod but thats about the only thing that is even close to the same. The killstreaks are harder to get because instead of just killing people to get them you need to pick up there dog tags. It makes the game way more exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally LOVE the killstreak mechanic in this game. You wont be able to rack up killstreaks by just camping and sniping away all the time without any concern for your team. Really does balance it a lot.

The "scavenger" or whatever its called perk renders this point null and void. With the ability to instantly collect dogtags, upon killing someone. Ridiculous perk off the port bow.

Yeah they should get rid of it much more interesting to collect dog tags manually but on the flip side they have to sacrifice a perk that could benefit just to use the rather useless one bar KS

I cannot understand why pc gamers come and whine for the crysis 2 multi on pc and that is a cod ripp off like u didnt know this gonna happen? When crytek went multiplatform i was sure this is gonna be a consolized game with perks and **** ,because that is what makes sells go high and crytek knows that . They dont care about crysis wars if they did they would have fixed all the bugs in their game .So stop whining and dont play this game if u dont like it . Personally the only thing that can make me to buy this game is if they release mod tools and modders remove all the unabalnce and fail perks modules and make it more competitive and strategic cause perks like rapid fire ,weapon loadout pro are for noobs etc

I would just like to add..this is nothing like CoD at all. First off crysis 2 has an online beta unlike the CoD developers. It is by far a much better game than all the games that are out now on the xbox console and its only the beta.

Cod didnt have a beta cause down to its core its the same gameplay like modern warfare 1 . When something new is tested most developers go through private beta for perfomance issues ,bugs etc and when they optimize it they may also try some open beta to see how the gameplay flows and how balancing weapons and different elements of the game should be. Brink has also a beta also cause its something new , as xbox had a few months ago with crysis 2 . This one is a demo and not beta . By saying this u must realize that the developer has corrected many flaws and gives u a 90 or maybe 95% of how the actual product will look like. Further optimization and balancing may happen but dont expect to see something very different from what u play in this demo

Yeah i understand that but from what i seen on the demo last night it was pretty good IMO and there are one or two things that bugged me just a little. some hit detection but i can put it down to lag as every player bar me had really bad connections.
