Good afternoon Crytek.
I pre-ordered your game some time back, and was really looking forward to release. You then set about systematically disappointing your user base with a poorly prepared and badly implemented release.

Since then, i have raised no less than 5 separate support tickets, and have heard nothing back from any of them. This has disappointed me most of all. No quantity of technical errors and to be technical 'cock ups' can be too bad that decent support can't make up for it, but you failed to provide both a stable play environment and not even did you provide support that was not useful, You provided, NO support.

I come to you now, in the face of the public to implore you to show some sort of care of compassion for my plight.
I know _exactly_ what is wrong in my case, and have stated this in my support tickets, but these have clearly not been read, as now, WEEKS after the games launch, and after these problems have for the most part been sorted. I STILL do not have my limited edition content.

I have had no problem registering my code, it's accepted, and shows in my purchase history without problem. DO NOT TELL ME TO CLEAR MY COOKIES. I've cleared my cookies more times since this game came out than i have cleared my bowels. And the overall experience is about as pleasant.

The problem lies in _YOUR_ account servers. As we are all no doubt aware by this point, the account to which you log into the website, and the account to which you log in, in game, are NOT the same thing.

This has been proved many a time by a lot of different people, and the problem in my case, is that my game account does not link with my website account. And so my in game account has no knowledge of the fact my website account has the LE content registered.

SORT THIS OUT. Link the accounts together. This has gotten far beyond a joke. Ignoring a few support tickets on game release is perfectly understandable, a lot went wrong. But out-right refusing to answer requests up to FIVE TIMES? over the last 6 weeks? That's unforgivable.



I would love at this point to say
"Wall of texts crits Crytek for over 9000 damage"

But in reality, it'll prolly just get parried and ignored.

Ok, you are exaggerating, but I also send about my XP losing, and I had no answer too.. So you are half right about this...
