I hope that the game never gets patched again so that you and your handful of lackies of gamesas can continue to suffer from an unplayable version of Crysis 2, while I on the other hand and my friends and the majority of other gamers on Xbox Live (with 3 bar connections) can fully enjoy their very playable, polished version of Crysis 2.

granted there are some bugs and issues here and there, but tell me one game that doesnt have that problem. no matter what forum you go to, people always bich and complain about something. like there is a perfect world of games. let me know where it is and i might go there. but theres not. and if you know where they are, then go there and never come back with your complaining asses.

crytek is doing the best they can right now with fixes and patches, so everyone needs to be patient and chill.

now with the online gameplay, if you really have lag, then you need to tell your isp to come and do a diagnosis on your internet. speedtest.com doesnt always give you an accurate diagnosis. trust me, im a cable technician and know these things. it could be numerous things that are having problems, such as your m.e.r. or b.e.r. are bad. that can cause packet loss. or possibly your isp networking could be topped out, that can cause problems. do a trace route on your desktop and see where the slowing down comes from. it might be your server from who knows where thats the problem. some of you people have absolutely no clue what your biching about. thats the world of gaming.

so unless we get dedicated servers, which will not happen, dont count on a miracle. p2p svcks and thats the end of it. live with it and deal with it.

Please look at my posts again on this thread and you will see that I was being completely rational up until assh**e or aimmos, I forget, started getting personal.

How is stating that his picture being a one in a million instance make me in his words a "fanboy", "lame" and a "little one" lol. I have studied philosophy and linguistics and my statement there in no way infers that I am either of those three descriptors.

I then replied again saying his case is one in a million and that I used to post a lot of anti-crysis content but after patches and hotfix and now it's more or less fine. I also brought him up to the fact he had no integrity if he used childish term to go to my level (like I apparently did). Then in his words I need to "grow a sack" and that I'm a little fanboy.

At this point AFTER several posts I had no made any insults to him although he made several at me. I then insulted him, calling him mentally retarded. Regardless of what you say they will remain dogmatic to their perspective that the lag is the games fault. Perhaps Dedicated Servers would be a lot better, but even on P2P my experience is still excellent, although not perfect.

Huh? Where have I claimed to be a psychologist? I said I study psychology and I didn't say it out of smugness I said it because aimmos or whatever asked why I knew about ad homimen and I told him why, and the why is because I study psychology. I haven't said it's perfect. I don't think the condition the MP is in now or was to be worthy of ass kissing.

The only thing you've said that makes sense is that my p2p experience is different from everyone else's. Obviously this is the case as mine 80% of the time ok and my friends, but for a few here it isn't.

since the patch i experienced very little lag and improved my k/d quite a bit. i'm happy with the way it turned out.

Yeah same here.. Since the latest patch the games become much more enjoyable on my front, and on patch day, my kdr was 2.01, today 4/28/11 my kdr as risen to a 2.32... theres the rare occasional lag for me sometimes but not nearly as much pre-patch =)

i know. the world is full of anguish and despair and they take their personals out on everybody else. so said. i just really come on here to check on updates, but i had to throw my $.02 in.

Have to chime in on this quickly and confirm I originally had full 5 bar connectivity on every game but now (last 5 days or so) struggle to get above 1 bar. The last few days in particular I've been completely unable to get a MP game loaded. Matchmaking is fine, loading screen starts off fine and then it starts to stutter (screen and music) as if struggling to connect. 30meg connection via wireless with the router only 2 feet away so I wouldn't expect this to happen especially as nothing my end has changed to cause the drop in connectivity (as far as I am aware!).

Shame. Love the game both on the SP and MP side. Hope this can be fixed to make MP playable again

Agreed, if Crytek are going to perservere with this poor P2P experience, they are going to need to at least run DECENT P2P such as Halo Reach. Please improve this Crytek.

I run 30 Meg (Wired) and it's still a lottery.

I have to agree with the OP, this MP game has a lot of problems, but Lag is the most difficult to deal with since it randomly changes with every match.

It needs dedicated servers to make it stable.
