It can be fixed, and hopefully it will be.
When call of duty 2 came out at the xbox launch the multiplayer worked decent, but most people had pings of 300ms or more(even with a guy living next door to you on the same service provider), and you coudn't create your own games.
The patched it, letting you create your own games and fixed the ping and packet loss issue. Too bad no one plays it anymore.
These games need to quit caring about the killcam and all the other crap. It just adds network overhead and makes it run like ****. Look at COD black ops and MW2. MW2 didnt have a theater mode and black ops does, MW2 works 100x better than blackops, partially because of the stupid way treyarch records the games. Instead of having the client record his own game(like halo 3 and reach) the host records the whole thing and uploads it to a server for others to download, further using up more of the hosts precious bandwidth.
Im not saying disabling the kill-cam will fix the issue, but these pointless features need to quit being put in every game. If you are going to have a killcam, make it like BC2, where it just shows the guy after he kills you, doing it this way would require no more bandwidth than normal playing.
