How do I move after getting out of the cryo chamber? I've tried everything short of uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. I don't want to have to do that because my husband is a level 31 on his gamer profile and don't want him to lose it all so how the heck do I get mine to work on my gamer profile?

I am having the same issue. Tried starting two new games, deleting all unused characters, game locks as soon as I'm released from the cryo chamber
