To answer some questions, I'm not touching the 3D as of now. I will be in the future, but right now I'm focused more on getting the basic stuff. As for the settings, you cannot go higher than their "extreme" setting. Some custom configs try to set system spec levels to 4 but it doesn't actually add anything.

If I am proven wrong, I'll be added them. In the mean time, I'm about to push out 1.5 which should fix some of the motion blur problems. I say should as I have no idea what this engine is going to do.

I just pushed out 1.5.

Changes (Verison 1.5)
*added HDR brightness level
*added Bloom level
*skipped initial login by default
*possibly fixed the no-motion blur bugs
*creates a seperate autoexec.cfg file where you open the .exe file for more easy editing.

Again, you're awesome!!!

One tiny request, though-- can you indicate default settings for things like HDR and bloom? I try not to mess too much with what the devs intended, but I do need to turn shaders down to medium for this game to have acceptable frame rates and your config program right now is the only way to do it.

Good job man!

Now everything is finally crisp and clear. Keep em coming. I can't but wonder what Crytek was thinking. Marvellous job man!

What HDR Level and Boom level is recommended? If i want to increase HDR level and Boom i need to acrivate the motion blur and radial blur from the program to take effect?

Your guess is as good as mine with those levels. As for radial blur, I don't think it needs to be on.

Can someone who downloaded 1.5 please upload it to another host?

sendspace.com
mediafire.com
fileserve.com

all work well for uploading/downloading.

Wasdie, thanks again for this bud. I was using 1.2 or 1.3 and its great to have the motion blur stuff turned down (;

Quick question - my initial use for the tool is just to disable the intro videos. Are the settings shown on launch the ones I set in the normal Crysis options or will this tool reset everything to default/low?

Whats the default HDR and Bloom level?

Can u add a toggle for the suit-speak? The "Cloak enabled" "Nanovision enabled" is very annoying =)

Motion and radial blur does not require HDR or bloom or vice versa. Also, you do not need bloom if you use HDR, afaik

I can't find it anywhere. I have the retail version. I checked the users folder and the game folder itself and also searched for it.
Any suggestions?

If you download version 1.5, first off run it in administrator mode, and second it will create an autoexec.cfg where you ran the downloaded .exe. If nothing else, just take that file and move it to your Crysis 2 folder.

Done.

* * * SLI FIX * * *

I went through the autoexec that this tool creates and tested each variable and found that when running SLI you MUST delete sys_spec_postprocessing=3 from the autoexec.cfg file. This causes MASSIVE black hole flickering due to all SLI profiles using a custom postprocessing setting. - sys_spec_postprocessing=3 [custom]

I hope this helps another person that wants to use this nice application when running SLI.

I don't know if it is this programs fault or if it has been posted before, but I am having an issue when motion blur is turned completely off. When I get hurt (without armor mode, when the screen gets bloody), the screen either goes black (except the HUD), or a picture of what was on the screen when I got hurt lays itself over what actually happens on the screen. This doesn't happen if I turn motion blur on again. I use version 1.4.

Awesome work with the program btw.
I just pushed out 1.5.

Changes (Verison 1.5)
*added HDR brightness level
*added Bloom level
*skipped initial login by default
*possibly fixed the no-motion blur bugs
*creates a seperate autoexec.cfg file where you open the .exe file for more easy editing.
Don't know if I am doing something wrong, but the bug when motion blur is off still occures in version 1.5 for me... :S

Anyone who is having the same problem?
