Maybe it's not the game what is dead... Maybe it's the modding community, due to the lack of support.

ya .shortage of modding making it worthless.Cuz we can kick or ban players in case of hacking by modded servers.Right now you can do nothing but let the hackers screw all people and see the server getting empty.

Lol don't play pro mode then. I would bet that over half of the community can't even play it yet. You'd have a much better shot at finding a match in something else.

look, crysis 1 continued to be a success, and people continued to buy it for 4 years now because of the huge community support and collection of mods, tweaks etc.

without all that in crysis 2, and all the problems(sorry to say CRYTEK but MP is dead, even an indie game could come up with better MP), it's pretty much dead.

dx11 will make a few sales yes, but forget it, it wont come near 4million crysis 1 sales I think.

Crysis 2 is half dead.

It just need the Suit Defibrillator to back alive. The biggest problem is the bugs. I can't stay connected to a server and play and that kill my mood to play.

it is not dead, just most of the xbox noobs moved on to a new game. I will be playing crysis 2 for a long time.
