Crysis 3 and PC Crashes and restart during short gameplay

Hi.

The problem:
I pretty much maxed out the settings(gtx690) and I played trough some tutorial and then started the campain.
The first night I played just alittle on the campain before I had to go to bed. Im at the place were you use the nano vision trying to enter a door with your companion.(in the beginning)

As I tried the next morning, everytime i enter the saved spot. it takes around 10 sec of gameplay and the computer restarts. And now, I cant even run 3d mark without that happening.

So here is what Ive tried so far:

Reinstall drivers(cleaned with driver sweeper aswell)=did not work
Different type of driver version= did not work
Took out the gtx690 and checked for dust(overheating)spotless clean(almost new)=didnt work.
Used default settings on CPU etc. downclocked the gtx690=did not work
Downloaded gefore experience, used the optimized function=did not work
Tried to give more power trough gputweak aswell= did not work.

Is it the PSU??? stabilty issues??: lets check that out!

Monitoring the Psu(800watts):
Using prime95 +!! Furmark1.10.4(1014x576 +8xMSAA) at the same time!:
All 4(8) cores active 100% both gpu cores 99% load. CPU temp=49degrees(watercooled)
gpu temp=auto fan 80degrees(manual 69degress if fan is set to 100%)

Stable 10min an counting. also used atitool 100% stabile.

Conclusion for PSU stability= Stabile-almost no flux in the voltage (I can also increase each rail trough the psu software if I need to, but haven't needed to use it yet)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So how can this be, that I can run prime95+ furmark at the same time and everything is stable.. that basically gives me a 100% load on the entire system which wont happen in a normal gameplay in crysis 3.

Ive tested Crysis 3 with all settings to a minimum...then it works....as for as I can see..played that for like 15 min.
But i didnt bought Crysis 3 to play with minimum settings when I have a gtx690.

I will list my systemspec:

i7 3770K
corsair 2400Mhz dd3 16gb
Asus gtx 690
Corsair 250gb force gs SSD
storage drives.
Gigabyte GT Odin 800W PSU
Asus Maximum V Formula.
CPU and MB is water cooled Lian li aqua computer pc case 3fan radiator with eneim waterpump.

My conclusion is now that it has to be some sort of driver problem thats making my system crash.

Ive played BF3 with all the eyecandy on, and even in 3d since i have the asus 144hz 3d monitor- and didn't have any issues with that .

I don't understand how 3d mark wont work now either.

I hope i don't have a faulty card now and Crysis 3 killed it. but that means it should have failed the furmark and atitool test which stresses both gpu to 100% and maximum heat.

Hope there is a solution to this , since I was so exited to try this game out in max settings and also in the end with 3d.
