after my last gpu stoped working 2 months ago i bought a new gpu GTX 670
couldn't afford 680
so my question is : will my gpu be able to run crysis 3 on ultra graphics without any problem?

Depends on the rest of your system, check out the system requirements for the game. GTX 670 should run it no problems. On the card alone, you may look at a mix of high, very high and ultra.
