where is the reset accounts ?

In LEDEARRBOARDS I see accounts with 50 levels
:like saun_vlad time 00:04 level 50
DemoniacGera time 00:12 level 50

and a lot of players

I don't, but the leaderboards don't update right away. It says I have less kills then my service record does so give it a while.
