Is there any information regarding how assessments and rebooting?

I've been annoyed with the way Crysis 2 worked out rebooting concerning assessments.
Basically everything you do before you're a level 5 rebooter is worthless. You'll eventually end up doing the same assessments again since they reset every single time you reboot.

It would be a lot better if you kept your progsess to encourage rebooting because there's not really any point aiming for assessments before you're a level 5 rebooter since its all going to be wasted once you reboot.
