iv been a crysis fan since crysis 1 and was looking forword to crysis 2 so i went and bought it and wow so disapointed A GOD DAM CONSOLE PORT graphics svck theres no real WOW in the graphics not like the other 2 crysis games and WHERES THE JEEPS/TANKS/APCs/VTOLS/CHOPPERS i mean what the hell.and to top it off theres no real controller support now all the keyboad and mouse fools biched at crytek. Yes lets play a game with a sliding mouse all over the desk and thets mash a keyboard up. WTF this is 2011 not 1980. if K&M is so percise then why did you all bich about controller assist .noobs. i think crysis 2 is a big let down compared to crysis 1 and warhead. so crytek ITS A BIG NO FROM ME IT svckS

Ok, you're pissed that its a console port, yet you want controller support?.. the game has been out for 2 and a half months and you mean to tell me you didnt do any research on the game, about how it compared to crysis 1, or even try the Demo?...and personally I think the graphics are better than the original...but anyway considering that you seem like a complete noob, and have no idea what you are talking about, you don't deserve cryteks time...how do you expect to make money if they don't make it on console as well....btw DX11 is coming...and I bet you when it does, this game will be hailed as one of the best looking games ever...so go play your kiddy games and let the big boys enjoyr 'real' games....Im tired of these so called gamers only caring about visuals instead of having a good time playing...

Crysis2 can be a let down for many reasons..

Biggest 2 are bugs and the money-milking Crytek policy with the DLC's.

But you are complaining about aim assist?
You play a competitive online fps game and you want it to aim for you ? (epic lawlz here)
You need to develop skills... And you develop skills with mouse and keyboard for fps.
Not a retarded controller with aim assist to put your crosshair on the enemy...

In some ways I agree, the graphics are optimised amazingly. Given the hardware specs required and the graphics you get in return, the graphics have improved dramatically. Some aspects of the graphics have improved compared directly to the first one, however textures and motion blur declined. Crysis 1's graphics improved with Crysis Warhead and the directX 10 and higher graphics settings patch.

I expect Direct X 11 will probably improve the games graphics depending on whether they re-implement some of the features that were taken out and add more graphical options. Though you have to keep in mind the majority of players don't have an i7 processors with a multi-gpu set up.

The thing that really suffered due to the porting was the destructibility of the environment. The Cry3 engine itself has been shown to be able to achieve amazing things.
