Crysis 2 Black Screen Crash

While playing, I keep getting random Crysis 2 black screen freezes that force me to end the non-responding program in task manager. The game is patched to v1.9, running DirectX 11 and Hi-Res Textures. I'm running eVGA GTX 590 Quad-SLI and an Intel Core i7-2600k @ 4.5GHz.
