ok, so I've read a few posts about crysis 2 demo, I really want to try this game out before buying it,
so I went to steam and downloaded the beta.
I can easily log into this site with my username and password, but it wont let me in the game.
The error message goes like this: "An error has occured. Please check your network connectivity."

I have disabled my firewall and the router is forwarding, still nothing.
This message comes no matter what username nd password I use,
and the create account doesn't work either, I get to the point where it sais: "Creating account"
but it's stuck there, for hours... and hours...

Some said this was because the servers are overloaded. but gee, overloaded for days..? weeks..?
I still haven't found anyone who officially from the crysis team sais that they are trying to fix it,
only rumers from people.

Can anyone please update me? Is there a work-around? And is this a problem for demo only or the whole game?

Personally I think this shows weakness in the crysis game, not beeing able to give the custormers what they want when they have a release date makes me sad, they should have extended the release date instead of leaving thousands of people struggeling with errors, buggs and frustration.

This has now happened to me, It was absolutely fine the first few days and now its just giving me the same error as OP. I have the limited edition running on win 7.

Just for the record, the game is awesome!! and I for one am having so much fun anyways that even though I'm losing my nano credits all the time and now can't play online, am just happy to experience this fine piece of work and am confident these bugs will be fixed soon.
