I am using the new drivers from NVidia 304.48 and everytime i start the game from the beggining it crashes in the same time at the same place i am with gtx 580 !!!!

Read my comment in the middle od page 1: http://secure.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=46666&p=489096#p489096 ...but I've made a mistake: there is no 297.53 WHQL drivers, I wanted to say 295.73 WHQL. I recommend you drivers 295.73 WHQL (Win7 x64 link: http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-winvista-64bit-295.73-whql-driver.html ). Strange things are happening with NVidia and GeForce drivers in past 6 months, especially on newer 3xx drivers on GeForce GTX 600 series with VSYNC enabled, weird stuttering problems. What is happening with NVidia drivers in past 6 months only god knows...

Here is procedure how to totaly remove older and install new NVidia GeForce drivers for Windows 7, you can use it fot Windows XP too with small modifications:

1). uninstall the NVidia Display driver via: Control Panel >> Programs and Features
2). restart Windows after driver uninstalation
3). start Windows and let Windows install its own generic display driver
4). restart Windows after driver instalation
5). start Windows and delete all NVidia folders from C:
6). go to Device Manager (right mouse clock on icon: Computer ..then chose: Properties >> Device Manager)
7). under Display Adapters option right click your Graphics Card name and select: Uninstall ...and check the:
Delete the Driver Box and hit: OK
8). install and run Phyxion Driver Sweeper 3.2.0 ( http://phyxion.net/item/driver-sweeper.html )
9). check option: NVIDIA - Display ...and hit: anolyze
10). hit: Clean ...and when prompted for action hit: Yes
11). restart Windows
12). when Windows starts install whatever driver you want
