In Crysis 2, when I advanced to the next level the cutscene where it shows your location and blah blah blah, it severely stutters, I barely understands what Gould is saying about. The gameplay itself plays jut fine, barely lags. But, when I play the video on the extras menu, the video plays flawlessly. Also, when I choose "Select Mission" and play any of the level, the cutscene where it shows your location and blah blah blah plays just fine. Why is this happening? Is my computer can't handle playing videos in-game?
EDIT: In the intro cutscene where it shows that New York is breaking apart and blah blah blah runs smoothly.

Having the same problem on a top line gaming PC. Annoying!!
