How to obtain them?

I want to setup C2 servers for my clients, however what is the usual way of obtaining those files?

I doubt it. Starting to think the no server files policy is the publishers decision since BF Heroes, Bad Company 2, Medal of Honor, BF play 4 free and Battlefield 3 all have the same locked down files policy that Crysis 2 has.
