i have this HD ST3250820SCE
I want to play crysis with that Hard disk and this config :

Radeon 6850
Phenom 955
Antec 520w
8 GB DDR3
Win7 64 bits

I need change HD or hd wont influent much in Frames per second ?

Will the HD not let me play at high settings? i mean... i buy all those parts for nothing ?

HDD speed has no impact on frame-rate, it just loads the game quicker. Loading time has been greatly increased because of having to load the high resolution textures and possibly DX11 resources.

It is about SSDs, but stay with me. The article points out that during gameplay tons of writes are made to the HDD. So if you were to have a RAID 0 configuration, that would increase your write mb/s, giving you a frame boost. How significant that frame boost is, is unknown to me, however.

no RAID is minimal at best. most of the writes during games are sequential operations so HDD shouldn't have an impact. I do have Crysis 2 installed on RAID 0 and to tell you the truth, can't really tell.
most of the performance while gaming depends on GPU, CPU, and RAM. (in order of priority)
you should be able to max the game out at extreme using that set up. beware do not set objects to ultra, that enables tessellation and incurs a HUGE performance hit on AMD cards.

Crysis 2 comes with multiplayer...and it's a ton of fun..but it's different than your average shooter, so get ready for wonky stuff.

That link doesn't disprove what I said and the HDD doesn't drive the graphics. The only effect it would have is if you ran out of memory and it paged the HDD, so a faster HDD would reduce stuttering.
