Crysis 2 PC Demo Announced!

Post » Sun Mar 29, 2009 6:49 am

I believe that they should release the demo real soon, so if any bugs appear (which will) they have enough time to address such issues before the release of the game.
Bugs are expected, but the chance to run it on our rigs is an experience worth waiting for.
It's an easier experience with an Sp version of this Pc demo. Mp just keeps the feel of gameplay altered when you play it first.

ps3 needs a demo to dont be like everybody else crytek and give ps3 the shaft suppot us and well support you i have all three platforms so ive already played the demo which was very addicting needs fixed but very good.i am also a big fan of the original crysis i was playing it before i came here. but im ps3 all day i hate that the ps3 always gets the shaft so i beg you be fair and let everyone enjoy it not just select groups (by the way pc community just built my first pc rig im new to the pc community heres my specs what do you think

case-NZXT Phantom
cpu-amd phenom II 1090t x6
motherboard-asus m489gtd pro/usb3
video card-sapphire radeon hd 6870
psu-rosewill bronze rbr- 1000w m
ram-gskill ripjaws 1600 4gigs

im wondering whether i should crossfire 6870's or upgrade to 1 gb 6950 and crossfire those any advice is welcome.ill also be upgrading to 8gigs of ram

From these recent insights, maybe an Sp demo might not be as bad as others think.

Did you mean explode? That's a bit harsh, the new Crysis 2 is supposedly Pc friend-lier.

To verify my post, by Cry-Tom:
Hi guys,

These minimum specs are not official or final, we'll have an announcement about this soon. Please note if you didn't hear it from me/see it on gamesas, then it's not official :)

Hmm interesting.Well anyways, Kotaku is a pretty credible source. They get their information from the direct sources. So in this case directly from EA's Crysis 2 facebook page http://www.facebook.com/crysis.de?v=wall
Is that official enough?
