Hey Guys.

I received a code for Crysis 3 Digital Deluxe Edition for origin. I was supposed to be able to play the game at 12:01 EST this morning. Origin recognizes the game, but it is grayed out, and I am unable to download the game.

ANyone else having the problem? I've talked to three different origin help techs via their chat (which is a joke) and none of them have resolved the issue. PLEASE HELP!!!

check your pc clock you cant get in a banking site with wrong clock time .

what time zone are you in your clock says . try playing now 12: 01 were?

try turning off fire wall or malware alarm jest to start game . then turn back on after code install.

Time zone is all correct. Firewall disabled. Never had this problem with origin before with any other games, just crysis 3.

Here is what i see:

I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition on Origin some time ago, yet somehow ended up with the Hunter Edition in my Origin client. None of the pre-order and DDE bonus content is showing up either save for the soundtrack and the original Crysis.

What's even more weird is when I rebooted my Origin client, Crysis 3: Hunter Edition disappeared. I'm hoping it'll be replaced with the Digital Deluxe Edition and that I'll get access to all the other goodies I'm suppose to, but so far nothing. :/

You should keep your game's product code hidden. That's not something you want others to see.

ya remove or blot out product code.

I am having the exact same issue. 11:19 am Eastern Time here, system clock is all correct and I also received an email saying the game was ready to download and unlocked. Still greyed out.

Well, the game showed back up in the My Games list in my Origin client, but it still says Crysis 3: Hunter Edition even though I pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition. Is it suppose to say Hunter Edition?
