Crysis 3 Error code 80029513 on PS3 : Crysis

I have pre-ordered Crysis 3 from the PSN, when it was downloadable, i did it, activated it and everything, then waited so it could be playable, and to my suprise they gave the error code that its "copyright information is invalid (80029513)". So i was going to re-download the game, but it wasnt in my Downloads list, it disappeared with the activation code somehow, i either can solve this or i should renew it for another 70$ But i did have the open beta of the game, and i pre-oredered the game a few days later, i deleted the open beta after activating and finishing the download, so i could wait until i can play.
I live in Lebanon, and i use a UAE account, is there any solutions ? If so please help, i've been waiting long enough since its announcement
