there are sooo many things I could say right now, but there's no need, and no use. We have been betrayed, lied to, and spit on. I don't even know where to start, but I don't need to, there're plenty of threads full of posts saying the same thing. what the **** happened here? EPIC FAILURE! LET DOWN OF THE CENTURY! Crysis has the utmost respect and a truly dedicated fan base. Hell PC gaming magazines and websites around the world used Crysis as their universal benchmark even... way after it was even released... and now this is how you repay us EA? seriously? I don't even want to take the effort to elaborate my utter remorse for my purchase. (insert 100 page long rage post here)

There is no automatic patch button that Crytek can press and the game fixes itself. And these aren't just 10 second code changes. Trust me. Crytek is working on it. Get over it and wait

You just don't get it, do you? Maybe you're slow so I'll speak in small words:
When we pay over $70.00 for a game we want it to WORK. We don't want to wait weeks and MONTHS to play a game we spent that much money on! These problems should have been fixed BEFORE release. Because of the Demo, they knew about this before the release.
A REAL company would have delayed release until ALL the problems were fixed! They have had a MONTH to fix it already, how long do you expect people to wait?

Apparently, you don't get it either. When the demo was released, Crysis 2 was already in the manufacturing and distribution stage of development. The code for the demo wasn't the same for the actual release version.

This is just a reality of modern game development. Developers can't find every single bug and fix it in a timely manner. They have to choose what to fix before development and fix what they can post-release. Simple as that. I agree that the multiplayer bugs should have been fixed, since the demo code isn't that much different from the release code. It was just a temporary fix in the demo anyway, I think that's how they explained it. Not to mention they (Crytek) should clarify whether we use our gamesas or Gamespy accounts.

Regardless, needless biching won't help the developers and QA testers/teams fix what you guys are complaining about it. The dev teams know about it. Now you can do nothing but wait for a fix.

And it hasn't been months, yet alone weeks since release. It's been several days.

Try playing the whole singleplayer or at least reach the point where you fight a lot of ceph and get some nanocatalyst. Then after that, play some multiplayer. I'm sure you'll have a different feedback.

I believe most of the issues with the game are on the PC version. As such, now that the game is out, the version of the game that Crytek is going to try to spend the most time fixing is going to be the PC version. So, I believe that the PC version of the game can only go upwards from here. I mean remember that with Grand Theft Auto IV, Rockstar released a lot of patches (about 7 - 8) for the PC. I just hope that Crytek continues to support the PC version of Crysis 2 with the same dedication and maybe they'll see people forgive them for all this.

Reading all the issues in the forum, I'm really perplexed now as to whether to buy the game or not. As much as I wanted to buy the game uptil its release (despite the poor demo reviews), I'm now in a fix. Still Thinking ... !!!

Don't buy it.

I'm pissed off at myself for pre-ordering a game I can't even play with the SLI flickering. It's just giving them money to let you be a Beta tester. Wait till the PC version of crysis is in Alpha pre-release state at least. We're almost there, maybe one more patch and we'll have a functional PC version.

This is just an update but I was able to get the game to load using this graphics fix! It will let you skip the intro and setup more things. I used it and I was able to get into the game and play.

hello I hope you know the Italian language: I took the original game but it gives me a lot of the problems and that if I play the game with the muse is entangled with the strange shots Menstrie joipad the 360 that does not happen. The second problem is that I'm not playing in multuplaier and always gets me out of position because it bought the original game alora I hope that you will read my mail thanks

DX11 seems to be the most talked about thing in this forum and it is totally true, were is it? It was stated back in Oct that the PC version would have DX11, Tesselation and 3D support. So far all i see is 3D and that is not of my concern. Another point is when was it ok for devs to bring games out were multiplayer doesnt even work? servers don't even show up on my screen it just says "0 servers found", the game is buggy and is just another Blops fiasco. For **** sakes Crytek, learn from others mistakes...

Probably already mentioned somewhere in this thread: your nanocredits mysteriously deplete and vanish when you finish a session and then restart.

Say, you have 300 credits, hit a save point, then quit to desktop. Come back to the game later, 200 will be left.

why are we beta testing your game? Did EA force you to push this game out early? We would have gladly waited a year to have a game with no bugs, real textures, DX11 support, and a real graphics settings menu. What went wrong? Why did you sell your sole?

Very important thing about your sound card: set default sound format on maximum settings (24bit, 192000hz) to avoid constantly freezing.
Low sound format will cause game freezeng because cant provide full spectrum of sound in game.
I play it on lap-top Asus n60dp and i do not have any other problems with game.
