PC users are neglected the server issue has improved but still suffer occasional network disconnection.. sigh

Crytek, first of all thank you for making such a great game...
yes it might have bad graphics, bugs and no customization options, but for me personally the gameplay really hides all that. Its a really intense game for me

Ok, I used to be a pc gamer long time ago back when the first far cry came out. I loved being able to adjust graphic settings and all the customizing that was available. But I got tired of spending 100's of dollars just to keep up. So I started going with consoles and been that way ever since. Pc gaming has been going down ever since consoles really started to offer good online gaming. So instead of being upset with crytek about dx11 or patches and glitches. Just go with console gaming instead. Most multiplatform games are made on xbox 360 and ported to pc and ps3. Yeah I know graphics aren't as good and blah blah blah, but you'll have less to worry about and it would be much easier. There is always some sort of bottlenecks to pc gaming. Plus slot of really good games are only on consoles. So make the switch. No since in getting a headache over. Btw I'm replying to the first page of this forum haven't read any other pages

nice words but, really? i have an PS3 since 2007 and last time i turned it on was like 1 year ago... consoles are for hmm, let`s say noobs. you can`t enjoy the gamplay on that **** controller. and the graphics are crap too. but i guess that people who don`t want to spend 1000`s of dolars on computers it`s ok. now, the problem is that, in this particular case CRYTEK has 90% attention for consoles and the rest for PC users.
Well like I said, all the customizing is better but like u said crytek is way more focused on consoles along with just about every other developer and publisher. So why fight it

guys, i love this game actually, but I fu$#ing hate one thing, there's a mistake in xbox live, when u r in the lobby, sometimes the music sounds very loud, and distorted, I have always to mute my tv. lol Hope you read this and work on it.

Gadzooks! Running on PC and I keep running into problems with multiplayer. Won't remember my code, most servers are empty, serial code in use, and I keep losing connection. Frustrated!

For the game to remember your serial key: insert the serial key and log in your multiplayer, switch to single player and then switch back to multiplayer and insert the serial key 1 more time.. the game will remember the serial key onwards..

Me too suffer disconnection, it is so frustrating especially when you play the multiplayer half way and lose all the points!

Is anyone else getting framerate stuttering? If I look down the sights and get a head shot, more often then not the game will seize up for a second. It's really annoying. It will also just happen at random when I'm walking around. I have an ATI 5850 HD btw.

Don't get me wrong, the game looks great but I think I'm speaking for all the hardcoe PC Gamers out there when I say that in the past we loved to try to murder our PC's on Crysis and we expected to be able to do that with 2. Also we would appreciate anything that would come through a patch, Something is better than nothing.

to everyone who thinks theres a glitch with stealth attacks etc.. in SP are probably wrong because I had the same problem using the 360 gamepad until I simply fliped over my mouse so that the game dosn't pick it up all the time wich it does.

Crysis 2 EADM 100% Download Stuck Problem Error SIMPLEST SOLUTION

Now on third attempt at download based on the input by other forum members i

allowed the download to continue beyond the limit set by EADM and i frequently

kept checking the file size of the "Crysis 2 Limited Edition" folder within

Electronic Arts folder which is within Program Files x86 on C:.

Surely enough there was a gap of 3 GB between the downloaded figures of

EADM and the folder in Explorer. So ignore the EADM figures, when it reaches

100% it is not 100% but less, so let it download and keep checking the folder

size every 15 minutes. When it reaches over 9.2 GB (in windows explorer not

EADM), then you are nearing completion.

Another important thing to do once the EADM download starts showing 100% is

to execute the Crysis 2 Patch(http://www.gamesas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=13347), if you do it any other time it will tell you to

redownload the game which sux. So if you run the patch when EADM is on 100%

then it works, the patch exe finds the crysis core exe and updates successfully.

Finally a few hours later your EADM Crysis 2 status will turn to Finalizing instead

of Downloading. That means you are near the end. Unfortunately for me the

status has again changed to 100% Downloading after i restarted EADM

(because it suddenly showed "this account has no games" which scared the ****

out of me, at least Crysis 1 was downloaded and playing. So anyway, what you

need to also know is that there are 4 files in the EA folder apart from the 3

folders of Crysis 2, Crysis 1 and EADM. Of these 4 files one file is the temporary

download file, it keeps downloading 1/4 MB files (250 KB) and then keeps saving

them to the required files in Crysis 2 folder (hence size keeps increasing). So if

you open the EA folder and keep looking at it, you will notice the file size of this

file keeps going from 250 to 0 KB and then back to 250, it is not an error, this file

is like a torrent packet. Anyway, im still not fixed, as it is again back to 100%

download, so this fix in a way is no fix but i still think it is educational enough to

read. Well, thank you for reading.

Ive got a problem with entering my LE code. I'm signed into the site but i still dont see the textbox to put my code in. It says that i need to sign into my account even though i have. I've tried creating a new account and it still wont recognise me as online.

after completing the power out level it goes to the loading screen and talks about taking Alcatraz to the prism the game then proceeds to crash to the desktop, i've tried rebooting doing a fresh install and nothing works so far any fixes or workarounds? where are the check point saves located and is it possible to import another profile to get past this I would like to finish the game

Already been posted a bunch, but will post again because of how much this need to be addressed.
My Multiplayer settings wont save, loose XP / unlocks / kills / dogtags, servers wont start, random d/cs from servers (not from net), as well as a multitude of gameplay and game mechanics issues in MP really need to be addressed b4 this game becomes even remotely playable.

My Scarab and Scar are now doing something really strange, when i drop one of them the other ones ammo goes away except for one magazine, and i'm not picking up any nano catalysts and they go back down to 0 every time i start from a checkpoint, this is a really annoying bug and if anyone can help please message me.

Playing Crysis 2 PC Storyline I have encountered an issue.

Playing the single player campaign for 7 hours, quit the game, and exited to windows. After resuming the campaign the previous nano crystal balance of 1300+ is reduced to zero.

Notifications are displayed, "20,100,300,500, etc NanoCrystals collected." Balance remains zero.

After completing the current campaign and starting a new campaign on a harder difficulty the issue persists.

I have the same issue although I was lucky enough to collect all of the upgrades before my counter reset, I thought that it was set up to prevent you from collecting NC after you had purchaced all abilities, evidently not.

I have created an account using my email , but cant setup a nickname to use in the game, so I cant log into multiplayer.

I have already redeemed my special edition code , and dotn want to create a new email account is there a way for me to see my nickname or create one

Hi , my Toggle zoom option does not save itself. i need to change it in option every time i start the game , and in mutliplayer the option (filter) to filter out witch servers i want to seartch for does not save !? Oh and im getting allot of "pop in " grafics ! , buildings and details are poping in and out from a distance. ... Well thats what i have issues with , oh and while i finally could join multiplayer games and played it util i got to rank 18 , and i started the game next day and it was on rank 1 !!!!! .. kinda anoying with all the hours spent ranking up , and now i have to start it all over again ,,, meh - ... Love the game

Problems over problems.... that's all i can see.
I have the same issue with the weapons, which i cant reload.
Another issue I have, is that i can pick up three weapons at the same time. Then i am complet unable to take ammo.

The AI is lagging some time. The Pinger was idle while I shot him down.

And I finally want to see a DX11 upgrade for Crysis 2.

EA is the problem. once they get involved, **** falls apart. if this were made like the early Far Cry 1 days, the game would have been as good as it should have been. and it should have been perfected on PC and then ported to console, it seems it was done the other way around. I personally have never seen the Crytek team release anything that wasn't as close to kick-ass as possible til now, i mean ****, Fary Cry 1 was an incredible game.
