OMG Casper1King1 YOU HAVE DONE IT, THIS SOLVES THE PROBLEM GUYS, IT IS INDEED A VERY SMALL PROBLEM, YOU JUST NEED TO REMOVE THE "_" from the ends of exe files that have extension "exe_"

Just follow the steps written above and the game will work, to be sure do this only 1 to 2 hours after you have reached 100% download of Crysis 2. Then pause it and do these steps, it works!!! YIPEEEE, Crytek and EA are not so bad afterall, multiplayer servers still aren't showing up though, but i am more than happy to even get to play single player, whew, 5 days of hardcoe searching and abusing on this forum, finally i get to play, the game does look very nice and is better than C1, so forget all those other biching points, apart from of course this installation 100% dowload stuck on EADM issue, Crytek better learn how to accept that you made a silly stupid error which has wasted millions of game hours for thousands of people worldwide, i think they must have been too embarassed to accept that the issue can be solved with just a simple renaming on 10-12 files, ahahha, IT WORKS, thanks Casper1King1, you rock, EA Crytek, you still svck.

I'm returning my copy tomorrow. Stereo 3D with NVidia 3D Vision is crap. While every other game looks better in S3D, Crysis 2 which "was made in 3D since the beggining" looks terrible. I played a few levels with S3D and the lack of depth and the lack of definition (because the same image is doubled to both eyes, instead of a new image being rendered for each eye) makes the game look really bad. Console players may swallow it but PC users are used to higher quality S3D.

Crysis 2 is great, I plan to buy another copy if this issue is addressed, but for now I'm so addicted to S3D that I preffer getting back to AC:Brotherhood instead of playing an ugly "fake" 3D title (please, note that the game looks amazing in flat 3D, but in S3D the loss of image quality is huge. That's why I'm using the word ugly here)

I didn't see any acknowledgement regarding there being a hacking issue and it being addressed in the OP. To be fair, I did not read all 85 pages of this forum to find out (though I really shouldn't have to). But the hacking of MP is breaking this game as much or more than anything else. Has anyone seen anything anywhere in the forums that says CryTek is addressing this?

You must be one of many who only cared about the graphics in Crysis 1 without realizing that you are actually suppose to be playing the game. An underwhelming one at that (Look at many Review Sites and User Reviews). The crying about Crysis 2 is justified as far as the bugs and the sloppy console port/PC Version held back by consoles (Choose one), but as far as the SP gameplay itself? And you and others are praising Crysis 1 like it had some amazing gameplay? Again, Laughable.

Spoiler Alert: I own Crysis 1/Warhead and Crysis 2 for the PC.

In the epilogue video the sound dosn't work properly. In fact the effect sound works, but the speak sound don't work.
The Italian epilogue sound don't work.

Well I give up...... Crytek the indication you are giving to the PC community is " We don't care" , some of these problems have been around from the demo, like "Can't login incorrect details" the game is broken..... from what i have read i don't think i want to even bother with multilayer unstable server support, Hackers roaming free able to play online with easy by a pirated copy. Let's not even start on the bugs I have come across in single player, those simple bugs shouldn't even be in the game. Crytek you have dug your own grave, you guy's seem to be unable to even give a simple reasoned to anything or give reason to any of the problems, maybe it had something to do with EA, rushing the launch I don't know nor do i care anymore. By law in the country I live in, if a product is unfit for their purpose or has defects that were not obvious or were not brought to your attention when you bought them or were bought on the basis of misleading information (DX11) you are 100% entitled to a refund which this is something i did today Got my 79$ back.

Everytime i resume a single player game , i have 0 Nano-Catalyst. That's why i can't upgrade the suit with all the "powers" , and that make me very sad. I hope Crytek fix this bug as soon as possible. P.S. We are waiting for DX10/DX11 support and improve graphic's.

this guy cliffordby has been killing me for an hour while on cloack, you cant even see from where the bullets are coming!! i followed him once and his energy never ends!!

I think the PC gaming community deserves a definitive answer on whether or not Crytek will include future Directx11 support for this game. Or at the least, an in-game menu that allows you to tweak graphic settings.
