Crysis 2 Folders Missing stuff : Crysis

Hi there, I can't find the bin64 folder in the Crysis 2 folder, and I also cannot find the Sandbox editor. What can I do about this?

Sandbox 3 was not included with the Crysis 2 disc for pc.
from what i've read, a leaked version of Crysis 2 has the bin 64 folder as well as a full functioning Sandbox 3.
i even found a page where guys is already making maps for Crysis 2.

i hope Crytek will soon release Sandbox 3 to us
