At least it has paypal, why does it want so many details that isn't required to actually purchase it?

This might be a reseller who has the games for less since it's in one of those countries where piracy is rampant like India or something.

It might be so, I just find it weird that it gives you the option to put in your address etc on an unsecured homepage that isn't required to actually purchase the game :O
