Look , they took off the customize graphics, no sandbox editor, so all freedom that we had on pc like :

- change .ini files (now everything is encrypted)
- they took off the sandbox editor to make Mods , to push a little bit the graphics like we saw before, there is a lot of mods with great photorealism!
- multiplayer with just 16 players.
- there is no vehicles on Multiplayers as far as I know
- even on the EXTREME CONFIG the depth field is terrible(I have a core i7 extreme with GTX 480 and the textures keep loading while I′m walking.
- The Story of the single player is terrible, as far as I know they killed NOMAD, PSYCO and PROPHET just to making a BRAND NEW STORY WITH A BRAND NEW CHARACTER FOR CONSOLERS DO NOT GET LOST!

This is pretty sad, if they want us to buy Consoles , release a new one WITH A BETTER HARDWARE, because this CONSOLES GENERATION IS GONE!

But I have one problem now.
I got logged in to MP but when I tried to connect to a server I get a message that my serial is used?
What ????
I can't game at all in MP because of this.

Is this ok. Why there is a virus? Or is it harmless?

If you update your anti-virus definitions it should not longer recognise the .exe file as a virus. If it still persists just check that the .exe is signed by Crytek in which case it is fine to use.

Okay guys, I′m calmer now, so don′t get me wrong, Graphically speaking , despite of all those things that I pointed before, the is still awesome, but why did you guys do not answering any questions about, the SANDBOX 3 EDITOR or why did you guys killed and buried NOMAD, PSYCHO and the first crysis making a brand new story, the aliens are diferent, NOMAD and PSYCHO never existed on this new story.

And why the multiplayer is not working and we get stuck on counter MATCH STARTING ON 1 sec EVERYTIME ?

The first few days are always a bit difficult when it comes to online play. Give it some time. You're expecting magic.
Of course I'll wait. I hope that everything will be fine with Crysis But I expected more than this...

Well, I'm from Brazil and the game will be available later tonight... well, I'm at work right now, I can wait few more hours. But I'm a little bit afraid, so, as I can see not much was changed from the demo ( i mean, BUGS, troubles, etc... ). And I say it, cos I was totally unable to play the demo "check your network connectivity", is this error still haunting someone or just a new brand of bugs? Well, I hope that my 60 bucks ( R$ 120,00 ) worth at least few hours of fun...

- i get disconnected from most servers after about 3 min
- like many others i didnt get my limited edition, i need to write down the mp key multiple times
(btw its the first steam game i had which needs extra key entry)
- i joined a server gained lvl 3, switched the server and was lvl 1 again
- this game is still an alpha version, nice gameplay and artwork, but if you cant play it for real...
- ill buy only valve or blizzard games in the future - they are ready to play when you buy them

Yeah, same problem with some of you guys mentioned...
I get either kicked or disconnected when a multiplayer game I joined goes into session...I join, change of screen(loading screen) then...a message pops up, says "you have been kicked from the server/game" or something along that line...sigh...

For got to mention,
the problem is encountered in Crysis 2 limited edition, I live in California, USA.

Yea i get booted from mp as well very frustrating i'll be in a game for a round or two and get booted... so i stopped playn mp till its resolved...

Its hard to play the multi player when u have high ping. Is there are going to be some AUS servers or something. My ping is always around 250+ ((

this why have to buy the game on dvd format, you taking back where you buyed it, and you got your money back! No need to panic at all!
This game worth not 60, not 40 but maybe 20 bucks max. Crytek loosed their fame, and our trust! Need anything more? I telling you boys and girls, this many issues we already gathered together ( and the official launch gonna be friday, march 25 ) in many topics will be enough proove Crysis 2 on pc failed for sure, peoples will not buying who has been patient enough not paying for it yet! So keep collecting the bugs, errors and missing "promises" we've heard, read, watched on previews by Nathan Camarillo and others, tried concinving us, obviously was just a bluff.

what kinda idiot pre-order via steam something was not tested and commented by crysis gamers? I'd knew something gonna happen ( like always with Crytek ) so i ordered the DVD version! I think i'll going to visit the store i've buyed this game. This sounds already messed up, and Crytek went hiding, counting the money they've already made by us and console lovers. Via steam never buy something was not confirmed by peoples whom dying for Crysis.At least they're, we are, i've been one of thoose peoples, but not anymore!

i have been playing the game since yesterday and i am actually really disapointed.......I have been reading around in all the forums but thought it might be better to look up on it myself. Guess what, almost all of the bad things i heard about it r true!!!!!

-cant join multiplayer servers (key in use)
-had to make a new gamesas account to just start the game
-graphics are well bad (compared to crysis 1), let alone not even being able to change anythin in the settings
-open world action? my ass......
-ai r stupid as **** in some situations

.....the list just goes on and on ^^

im still going to play to the end and hope it gets better in some kind of way and that the multiplayer gets sorted out!

Activation says I installed the game 3/5 times when I know I did it only twice (my PC and my fiancee PC...both through STEAM). I did noticed that Steam like to keep downloading Crysis 2 when I logon my account. But why do I have a feeling Im going to buy another Activation key in the near future?

I buy my PC games exclusively through Steam and on larger games that I enjoy I get the pre-order. Regarding the rest of the comment of idiocy I will refrain from my opinion on that.

Not implementing DX11 is Cryteks payback for the bad sale's on the first PC version of Crysis.

More then 50% of the Crysis 2 users will be illegal users. More and more pirating is going down and that's why Crytek won't be giving the PC users any advantages over console users.

That's what I'm thinking, if I was the creator of this game I would do the same, any of you would. So, thanks to all the PC users for downloading the first sequel and sending Crytek to go for the consoles first.

Why,? Because all thoose peoples whom wanted buy Crysis 2, now laughing on you, me and all thoose ppls has been tricked by Crytek.There's few new games coming out soon, i wanna have them but ain't no money'll leave my wallet till i've seen not users ( whom i actually trust ) reviews about the game.Pre-caution hurt anyone. I've been there, i paid for a game i liked via steam, was totally a piece of crap, and no refound in the end. That's was 3 years ago, but i've been not tricked since then.You paid the steam on EA? they're supposed to refound your money in a limited period! Told ya, 7 work days they cannot refuse, especially if all the issues were caused by Crytek.Wishing you luck getting back your money!
