Don't know if this is the right place to post (don't want to start new thread) Just wanted to mention the issue I have had. (minor things that don't break the game)
1. Inverted aim is not in effect when in an "interactive" cut-scene e.g: at the very beginning when asked to nod your head.
2. When using the "Binocs" (forgot modes name) why do we have to hold down the "zoom" button why isn't it toggled?
3. Finished that game (loved it) started again on a higher difficulty and found that I'm not getting any "points" to spend on my suit even tho the hud message pops up telling me I have just collected x amount (have gone through a couple of levels) I only have one suit function to unlock (since unlocks carry over in each new campaign) which costs about 12000.

Haven't had any other issues except the, servers not starting and the lack of any "standard" option customisation other than that I'm golden.

My problem is that somehow I can't get into any multiplayer games. I find a handful of servers and sometimes I can join a room but then the clock doesn't appear and I can't enter the game itself!!!

Multiplayer isnt working at all... Reseting experiences, most servers arent working, disconnects after 1 game.... I cant believe you relase something what looks like beta version. You should give us nice present for that :/

and in the end of game Iam not getting any "points" to upgrade my suit... After killing all monsters in last level I have about 4400 "points" but I should have at least 10 000 points but I think its much more

crysis 1 war der Hammer ! echt super game der Multiplayer: Top !!!!Sch?n ausgeglichen. Absolut genial vorallem PS!
und dann wenn man denkt da wird noch ne schippe drauf gesetzt, kommt sowas wie Crysis 2 , die brutalste Entt?uschung überhaupt ! sorry aber das is für mich echt der volle 0815 schooter geworden. Der multiplayer geht ja mal überhaupt nicht , sone schlechte arbeit in sachen balance hab ich selten bei einem MP von dem "eigentlichen" kaliber gesehn (oder wollt ihr mir wirklich weis machen das eure "testspieler" sagen " WOW wie geil du hast dich getarnt und mich abgeknallt ! So cool bei Crysis 2 =D das man leute im tarnmodus sogut wie garnichtmehr sieht, man macht das FUN DDD" . Steahlt aktion wo man nur hinsieht , gelame und reine frustiation is hier an der tagesortnung. Allein das der absolut geniale Powerstruggle Modus abgeschafft worden is (der meiner meinung nach das game gepr?gt und hervorgehoben hat) ,ist schon beeindruckend. Jetz spielt man halt son CoD verschnitt mit absoluten schwachsinnsf?higkeiten xD !Echt crytek müll was ich da fabritziert habt ! sch?men soltets euch ! bei crysis eins war der eigene kopf und gedanke noch da, in sachen MP und jetz nurnoch abgeschaut und schlechter gemacht !Soviel zum Thema "neuse Spielerlebnis" eh kla

ja-es sind schon einige sachen dabei dir mir auch aufgefallen sind...


- kein vernünftiges grafikmenü
- im multiplayer kommt man oft nur in die serverlobby
- oft kommt das mein key schon verwendet wird
- kein dx11
- matschgrafik
- keine vernünftige kantengl?ttung
- matschtextueren
- spiel kackt oft ab
- werde ohne das ich einen grund wüsste aus servern andauernd gekickt!
- h?nger im singleplayer trotz top-hardware
- kein sandbox 3 editor enthalten und den aus der beta kann ich auch nicht benutzen da mit eine dll fehlt!
- dumme serial abfrage
- ich kann nicht auf meinem pc server hosten
- ich kann nicht mit meinen freunden über lan spielen
- die ingamefreundesliste ist schwachsinn da man nicht dem spiel eines freundes beitreten kann
- man kann nicht mit dem freund pvssyn
- headset ist unverst?ndlich
- kein displayinfo
- viele tweak-begriffe funktionieren erst garnicht
- man kann die pakfiles nicht ?ffnen-somit ist modden nicht m?glich
- das einzig gute sind licht und spvssyneffekte-jedoch sind die spvssyn auch teilweise extrem schwach wodurch die hohen fps zu erkl?ren sind!
- teilweise sind die texturen schlechter als in crysis 1 oder es wurden texturen von crysis 1 verwendet (str?uchen u.?.)
- multiplayer macht keinen spass da es nur unübersichtliche total verwüstete maps gibt
- ich bekomme kopfschmerzen von der nebligen matschgrafik da sich meine augen nicht gran gew?hnen k?nnen
- lange multiplayersessions unt taktische sachen wie im powerstruggle modus gibts nicht mehr bei dem neuen "besten multiplayer aller zeiten" gibt es nur noch sinnloses rumgeballer mit einem überladenen anzug!
- das "SCHWERE MG" hat keinen ton
- die level und maps lassen sind nicht über den befehl "map skyline" laden-was besonders am anfang hilfreich w?re wenn man sich einfach mal umschaune m?chte!
- keine vernünftige lebensanzeige-sondern Call of Duty m??ige Blutmatsche am Bildschirm...


dennoch würde ich meinerseits nicht die ganze schuld auf crytek schieben. denn aus eigenerfahrung muss ich sagen das man heutzutage in der softwarebranche seine wünsche auch nicht mehr wirklich so ganz verwirklichen kann weil einem die publisher teilweise ziemlich im nacken h?ngen.
wenn EA-Games sagt das keine Server auf dem eigenen PC gehostet werden sollen-dann muss das eben so gemacht werden...

auf jeden fall hat CRYTEK sich ziemlich ins zeug gelegt-aber das resultat ist leider nicht v?llig überw?ltigend...

wobei man in letzter zeit bei ziemlich vielen spielen nur helbfertiges auf den tisch bekommt!

I'm having problems with ammo. It says I'm out of ammo, but cannot get ammo at the refill spots. Change guns, works until I use all the ammo in the gun, then won't let me refill at any of the spots. ????

I am running Win7 64bit, I7 Sandy Bridge 2600K @ 3.8ghz, 16gb of ram, Asus Maximus Extreme mobo, and XFX 6970 GPU. All drivers updated. I've even bumped graphic options down and it still crashes in the same spot. What a let down this game has turned out to be. I have no services running in the background. Thanks EA.

I saw this coming after the EPIC FAIL with the Demo. I KNEW they wouldn't fix their problems!! Luckily I canceled my pre-order when I saw all the problems! Any company that refuses to provide proper service to it's customers is a business I don't want to deal with. Those of you that did buy this piece of junk should contact a lawyer and look into a class action suit. When you take someone's hard earned money, and provide them with shoddy merchandise that doesn't work properly, ESPECIALLY when you knew ahead of time it wouldn't work, that's fraud in my eyes, and I'd bet the North American courts would see it that way too.
Crytek is ruining the reputation of fine German Companies who produce quality products.
You notice that the only apologies are coming from Mods of this site? Crytek themselves should issue a general apology for this joke of a release.

Um all the people that are moaning did you actually think that it was going to be an easy right...? Has there ever been a game that has been released that hasn't gone TU on the first day of release. It's a game, stop throwing your teddies out of your prams and, well to be honest get a life. There are more important things in life than biching about a game. I am not worried, if it works great if it doesn’t then it does not matter.

Sorry to sound negative but complaining and biching about things that have gone wrong just goes straight through the window. I agree it svcks, but then CRYSIS 1 and WARHEAD was the same, you should have got used to the fact it crashes, it freezes, it judders... they will fix it and patch it then we can all live humble.


If you recall Jonessie, back when the Demo FAILED so miserably, Crytek assured everyone that these issues would be fixed by release. Quite obviously they are NOT. Crytek is not taking proper responsibility for the errors and fixing them properly. I was smart enough to cancel my pre-order, so I don't know how many patches they've released so far (at least 2 I know of), and the EXACT PROBLEMS STILL EXIST! There are still people out there who can't login and play!
I think Crytek should be sued. If any of you are smart, you'll contact a lawyer about a Class Action Suit!

Electronic Arts confirmed the game must be refound in 7 working days, weekends not included. So get up, and get back your money!

If you pre-ordered on steam, then Electronic Arts will refound your money personally. Thats's the law, no excuses neither for EA neither for Crytek in this situation. But good in the bed also: EA will never relase anything from Crytek after this kind of fraud and deception,and of course because the huge loss gonna hit on the EA because of this.

Are yíou kidding? you've buyed or pre-ordered Limited Edition? you supposed ( by the official **** wich not true, there's nothing in )have them in the installed game! If you buyed normal version you has no authority have thoose items bonus XP's, have to score much enough to get them in the GENERAL version.

I already took my copy back. But since Gamestop doesnt do cash back on pc games, since it doesnt work worth **** I had them give me a new sealed copy, then took that straight to KMart next door and they gave me the full $64 on a gift card.

I recommend you all do the same, anyone for whom the game doesn't work. Bring it back for a new copy, then trade that in somewhere else.

That way, EA personally gets back thousands of copies of opened games and they WILL feel the pain from it.
