I redeemed the code and it said it worked. I got the confirmation email to verify and it is listed under purchase history. However, when I start the game none of the extras are there. I see the verification is a known problem but how do you fix this problem?

same problem. is the 'Licenses' under purchase history supposed to go somewhere

Has anyone encountered a problem when choosing the multiplayer on the menu, it exits the game and an error message shows up? (forgot the error message since im currently in the office), Having to reload the game & retype the Serial key all over again.
Anwys, Hope this problem be resolved imediately.

Boy am I disappointed !!! First off i have every Crysis game ever made and loved evryone of them , Best Games ever made in my opinion. This game is ridiled with problems first off can't even play Multiplayer, got to put Key code in everytime you "TRY" to play it 2nd when you try to join server it says key code in use! i have try'd a dozen different things and nuthing works. I Have a brand new Pc i built just to play this game have a ton of money tied up in it only to wind up totally disappointed.i have a College Degree in Network Administration so I am very Computer savie.So when and if ever i get to play the multiplayer ill tell ya how it is. Now single Player first off what is going on with SLI, it only uses like 20% of second video card? and uses 95% of the first video card. That needs fixed had the same problem with the demo. and also is still direct x 9, so basically Crytec didnt care about us "PC" gamers you know the people that made them famus in the first Place and Compiled the game for console not PC, thanks for that crytec! So besides the Fact that the grafics Dont hold a candle to the first CRYSIS, and look like console Grafics ,couldnt be anymore disappointed. The Game has to much crap going on it lost its simplicity of the first ones, unlock this unlock that ,Bla ,Bla,Bla,. you shouldnt have to unlock anything in single player what the hell?After constant delays we are left with a poor flowing generic game play, That is truly the worst disappointment in a Game i ever had. i payed 60 bucks for this so i am gonna finish the single player, wait tell Crytec fixes multiplayer and try it but it better be good or i will never Buy Another one again. in closing Cytec you gave into the money making scam of the consoles and left us high and dry ! Delay after Delay in the realese and it is horrible game play. man am i disappointed in you !!!!

Hi guys! I got a problem with Cysis 2.
I installed the game (ofc it's original retail) and when I type the serial number I get this text :
Error (1004)
This product will be avaible after 24/03/2011.
any idea what is this ? thank U

I'm not sure but I think the release date for Europe is the 25th so maybe that is why?

for osme reason when I use nano vision, my enemies are barely visible. They are not in red at all. Only my team is in red. The enemies are like blended in with no color. Is this a bug?

Very disappointing since I cannot play on any ranked server. Just getting "Serial Code Is Currently in Use" message even tho I'm using the key that shows in the Steam CD Key screen. Great way to welcome your players to the new game. FAIL.

Again, this really svcks. Spent hours last night TRYING to play this **** thing. PIssed doesnt cover it. Key already in use, what a crock of ****. Thanks again Crysis, for a frustrating and wasted night. Looking foreward to lots more. I swear, this is it for me, I've had it.

1) "serial code in use" issue that everyone else has mentioned.
2) having to re-enter the serial code every time i quit and open crysis up again.
3) Every time (gave up after 4 tries) I start the campaign my screen blacks out and my monitor informs me that it has lost video signal. I am currently unable to get beyond the opening submarine scene.

Very frustrating release to for this game. Hoping every thing will be resolved shortly.

It'd be brilliant to fix the issues with the EA Launcher for this game saying I have no mfc90u.dll, which prevents the launcher from opening. I can open the game, but without the launcher... No patches for us EA buyers... last time I make that mistake. Steam has just moved off the list of "Most Hated" Least Steam takes care of the people who buy.

Why is there no dx11 support in pc-version on release date!!!??? Are u kidding me!?
"A dx11 patch for pc will coming soon!"
that tells me that the game isn't finished on release date!

I try to redeem my code on the Promotion sscreen
after i enter the code in the box it just sits there and says
"Your purchase transaction was received. The status of your transaction is shown below: "
And nothing is there
Day 1 is over now and I still cant play it yet
I even tried playing the multiplayer (which is the reason I bought it for) and it resets any stats I earn at the end of each match
This game is useles to me until I get word that its fixed

To be fair, the game really is a masterpiece, both online and offline. But the slew of bugs and obvious lack of compassion for the PC fanbase leaves much to be desired :/

Im getting the "Promotion code not found" message when I try to redeem my code as well. I have tried caps, no caps, dashes, no dashes, deliting cookies. No luck so far. Any eta on when this issue will be resolved?
no ETA i can give you at this moment but we're working very hard to ensure everyone can enjoy Crysis 2 fully as soon as possible.

This is TOTAL BS, you should not FKN release unfinished software... Man the FcuK up and say "sorry we had some issues so we need to delay" thats better than releasing like this. FFS when is there going to be a formal apollogy and a conclusion to all this?

I bought limited edition of crysis 2 redeemed the code and when i go to multiplayer it says bonus features unlocked and im lvl 5 but when I join a game im lvl 1!!! HELP

you whinning? what I can say??

my god damm crysis 2 limited edition installed into my pc but I CAN'T PLAY ON IT BECAUSE THE ACTIVATING PROCESS SAYING : This serial number can be activated only after march 25"

You have no idea how pissed am i right now! And for matter of fact this how it is svcks! The installer dvd content no directx 10, or 11 as were promised, no sandbox but not even the free right to access your on game configuration as we all had in the crysis.1-warhead had it before! This game were called game of the year? Not even close......

i'd stuck wiht the activation ( wich not letting me activate my crysis 2 untill march 25....) so you're lucky to start up at all...........

I just received my copy of crysis 2 Limited Edition today..
I wrote down the serial and I get the message "this product will be available after 24.03.2011

try putting an exeption in your anti virus program for the crysis2.exe. i had the same problem after inst. the patch and that worked for me! now i just have to wait till tomorrow so i can play! :-(

Is anyone having problems with loading screens. Like when you loading a game in multiplayer or single player the game just crashes?But when playin the gamin it smooth and has no problems.

Same problem here. Just installed game and tried to play...but it wont accept my login information. I go to the website (gamesas.com) and enter the precise same info that the game is rejecting and...I log in no problem.

I cannot believe I have to login in any case just to play the game NON-MP. WTF? Of course, I cannot believe that I cannot login and play the game with my correct information!

I guess it's back to ME2 until crysis is working properly on PCs.
