I posted at Origin forums but they told me to come here about the issue

Origin is supposed to save my game in the cloud, right? I distinctly remember checking that option before even purchasing Crysis 3. However, I formatted my PC, reinstalled Origin and C3, and no game save to be found. I was a fair bit into the game so starting all over was quite a depressing thing to have to deal with. I haven't played the game for weeks because of it.

Is this a known issue?
