Hello i have a graphics issue and i do not know how to fix it. I uploaded a quick video on youtube to show it. ANy help would be greatly appreciated

Colorful flickering particles in cloak mode are probably GeForce driver related problem. You use GeForce drivers 301.42 WHQL, at this moment these drivers are only one for your GeForce GT610, but many GeForce users (on all kind of GeForce models) had experienced all sorts of problems with those drivers, me too (I've done downgrade to 295.73 WHQL drivers, they are working perfect, but you can't do that). You don't have any other solution but to wait NVidia to release new drivers, Beta or WHQL and to try then if they are working any better. Don't hesitate to use Beta drivers, Beta and WHLQ drivers can be found on this link:

One more thing, my personal opinion, if you don't mind... GeForce GT610 is pretty weak graphic card and you can't expect to get decent framerate in modern games even in such low resolutions such as 1024x768. If you can sell it as fast as you can and buy something more descent, rest of your rig is quite OK (CPU & RAM).
