Yeah, I thought I could run the game fine, until I realized my old CPU was a 2.66 processor, however if you have good processor, that's odd.

VSYNC ON OR OFF? IF ON TURN OFF AND RESET APPLICATION

What exactly do you mean by "reset application"? And can I use nvidia control panel vsync instead of the in-game vsync?

Sounds good, so adaptive vsync works better than the in-game vsync I'm assuming... Is the in-game vsync bugged or something? Also, what drivers are you using?

Thanks for the help so far iCrytekFreAk.

i remember i had the same issue in crysis 2. Im using a gtx570 and was tampering around with some settings. Lo and behold, at one point, i started up the game and it was extremely laggy and choppy. Lowered my settings to low and still had the same problem. I did as mentioned above and it worked flawless. I havent had a issue with crysis 3 yet. Im still using the same gpu with the latest 314.xx drivers.
