Hello: I've not yet been able to load Crysis 3 at all. When trying to play through Origin (where I ordered it from); I see the splash screen (Prophet with bow) then I get a pop-up alert saying "Crysis has stopped working".

I've seen people are having issues post splash screen: when nothing happens (see here). However I think my issue is different to the those described.

I'm not expecting greatness with my specs (which I'll list below). But I at the very least expected to be able to select "very low" from the graphics settings menu.

Asus Rampage IV Extreme Motherboard
Intel i7-3930K 3.20GHz
16GB Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz Memory
2xGainward GeForce GTX 580 "Good Edition" 1536MB (314.07 drivers)
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Pro Soundcard
Windows 7

Ok so I do not get the same issues as you but I get the Crysis 3 exe stopped working when loading multiplayer. By chance I restarted my pc and I could play a game....then I left that room and I get the exe stopped working again...I restart pc I can play...do you get where im going, try restarting pc see if it works.

I'm currently trying the: uninstall & re-download route. 10GB = 5hrs wait (crummy UK broadband). I'll post back if I have any success (or not).

I've been having the same problems.

Same here, exe stops working right after splash.

i5 2500k
EVGA GTX 570
8 GB RAM
Win 7

Pirates are playing while I sit here staring at my screen. I guess it's back to Natural Selection 2.

I've tried multiple attempts to get this game running to no avail. Tried all sorts; and yet I still get "Crysis 3 has stopped working" on the splash screen.

Is there a patch imminent? Or should I go the refund route?
