Ok. I got the power supply, i got the video card, my pc is fine. I play crysis for about 3 days, im at the climix of the campaign, (i assume), and it wont load. im on the mission with the north korean boat and whatever and the loading bar gets to about 95 or 86 percent (it alternates) and then it stops. i hit CTrl+alt+delete, and it says that something has caused the game to stop working. someone, please give me some advice on how to fix this!

There are few things you can try.
First, you can try installing the latest patch for Crysis, then see if it wokrs. The download can be found here: http://www.gamesas.com/download
If this don't work, try load an earlier saved game, it may work.
Don't know if it's the case, but I remember some cards had problems at the end of the game. Try playing on Dx9. To do this, just add "-DX9" at the end Crysis desktop shortcut.
