Crysis 2 keeps crashing to the desktop! : Crysis

I'm not sure why, but ever since 1.9 I have been crashing to the desktop, wasn't bad before but now... After just one game of multi, I crash... And my stats won't get saved.

Would be helpful if there was a fix for this.

3870X2 ATI

Not good with the whole finding the specs lemme know what I missed. By the way my comp is good but the problem is that since this Patch 1.9 I've been crashing a couple of times when recording and when not recording... And nope I didn't crash at the 1.8 patch.

It started with patch 1.9
And in my case I am pretty sure that it has nothing to do with a weak PC

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3GHz 3GHz
4GB RAM
32-bit OS
Nvidia GeForce GTX 295

Should be enough, right?
