Read it also, and i think there is a little bit truth in there!
Also i don't download it because:
1. the concerns i had where pushed a way by some vids on yt
2. there are so many bad games out there, but in Crytek i trust

This IMO is because serious gamers with up to date hardware are far less likely to pirate and gamers with low end hardware are far less likely to be interested in the sequel to Crysis.

Also Crysis 2 may benefit from people buying the game when they upgrade because if there is ever a time not to pirate a game it's when you just bought a new PC.
