Crysis 3 pc level 1 bug : Crysis

Guys have installed and run campaign mode however there is a bridge missing after about 20 seconds of game play which stops you from progressing - anyone else seeing this?

also seeing a load of white balls everywhere - there is a serious bug in the pc release.........
