Crysis 3 on life support?

Right now according to Crysis3s.com there is less than 1000 players playing Crysis 3 online world wide. This is the total of the PC, 360 and PS3.

We really need something to make people start playing this game again. The game comes with 12 maps. Crytek should release around 3 more maps for free and bring the total to 15. This might attract enough people to come back into the multiplayer. Which since the last patch has been running better than ever. I would have to say that Crytek has made great strides in updating, patching, and repairing things in the game since it's launch. I have played this game consistently since it's release and I can honestly say that I have experienced less disconnections since the last update. Things are improving!

We need more players, we need something to jump start the Crysis 3 multiplayer community again. I think this do the trick. More so than just a double XP weekend. I think an accomplished goal would be to bring the player level up to about a 3000 minimum average total across all platforms.

What do you think could make people interested again?

Please don't turn this into a thread for Power Struggle, we already know it's not coming back in Crysis 3.

I don't think that 3 new maps will attract people to play (again).

I agree, there needs to be something else, something more. With Crysis 3's rough launch and EA's current elect as the "Worst Company In America" (despite it really not) releasing Free Content could be a way to turn this tide.

Mass Effect 3 got a ton of free content and that too is published by EA.
