E3 seems like it would be a good time to release the PC graphic update. It would be a good idea, to help drive-up sales, to wow everyone with amazing PC footage. It might help grab the attention of people who haven't heard of or weren't interested before, on all platforms (Wii is not a real platform). Anyway just my uneducated guess.
Side note, wonder if Crytek is gunna be making games for Nintendo Ultra Dolphn Revolution???

if they show dx 11 on e3 then they probably on purpose delayed dx11 on release date just to show it on e3

but then again this is crytek they only show things that will earn money instead of cost
