Crysis 3 multiplayer is a cesspool.

There's no fixing it.

Absurdly high movement, high rate of fire on weapons and limiting your options until you farm exp to rank 30 have crippled this game.

High rate of fire and movement with any latency above 100 just kill multiplayer.
Purely bad game design choices, there's no reason to play since you cannot even enjoy the core game. You live to troll the enemy team, die, and do it again.

I deeply regret spending nearly $70 on this software which should have only been $50, seriously there's no licensing/distro fees on PC like Consoles?
EA just gouging consumers again.

Fast pace is one of the selling point (for C2 and C3 more than its predecessors) of this game.

svcks you had a bad experience, but those in favor of the game far outnumber you. I doubt it'll change.
Personally I love it.

Personally, I disgaree with you. If you cannot keep up the high pace then join a server with CELL vs REBEL setup without nanosuits. I rebooted my suit, and I am fighting with people way above my unlocks, using only the default classes. I have a latency of 90-100 because of my stupid ISP even though it should be about 50.

Yet I still dominate every round without issues. I can still maintain score with those of 30-40 ping, albeit the disadvantage. I can kill, call in killstreaks and do my objectives fine. The fast pace of this game matches that of the nanosuit functions. If you cannot catch up to the pace please do not ask the developers to change the game to match YOUR pace. Instead, try increasing your own pace. Think faster, act faster, this is not CoD, camping doesn't help.

As far as I know the "Hunter Edition" just happens to be the basic version of the game, there is no such thing as non-Hunter edition. It's purely a naming tactic to boost sales. Deluxe Edition is the "special" edition with lots more extra stuff and $80+ pricetag.

One word: pre-orders
That's what people need to stop doing. Buying the game is fine, pre-ordering without having no clue what it's like is retarded no matter how many "incentives" developers try to make you spend money on a product that you don't even have.

EA latched onto that and now you can pre-order a pre-order with Bioshock Infinite. If you pre-order right now, you get 20% off the pre-order of the pre-order's pre-order.
