After a few month long hiatus, I logged into Crysis 2 tonight to play some more multiplayer. Much to my dismay, I found that all of my multiplayer progress is now lost. I am back at Rank 1, however interestingly enough if I look at the leaderboard, all of my stats and progress are still there.

I have contacted EA tech support, to no avail. The only response I get is: We are sorry but there is nothing we can do about this problem. I understand this, as EA was not the developer. However, I have been unable to track down contact information (support or otherwise) for Crytek.

Has anyone encountered this problem and know what chain of events to follow to correct it? Is there a contact number for Crytek that can help get this sorted out?

While my time invested is relatively small, this problem upsets me on a matter of principle and I will not stop searching until it is resolved.
