Crysis 3 new key and account banned, why??? D:

Hi, I pre-ordered the HE Crysis 3 from Amazon, I initially had trouble making the preload, so I requested a refund.

Today Crysis 3 is missing from my library, and the key has been disabled.

So today, I bought a new key, which I regularly activated on Origin.

The problem is that when I go to access the multiplayer and put the data of origin to login, it tells me that my account has been banned.

I contacted the Origin Assistance, but they told me to contact Crytek in this forum.

Now I wonder, why, Crytek has banned the account, only for a simple refund request?
I had not even time to do more than 3 match online D:
Now who gives me back the € 70 I spent to buy a second key?

Can you give me an explanation? Please.

Maybe, because I bought the second key from a lter website and not from Origin?
I have no idea!!!

So what can I do? please can you help me?
