I was just wondering whether or not they have nukes and if they do how are computers supposed to cope with the destructible environments and so on.

Personally havnt heard any mention of nukes, dont think that would happen, what would be the point in using nukes anyway as the point is to save NY, and not to completely flatten it, according to the story as has been mentioned, NY attack is one of many world wide, so if they all let of nukes, where we gunna live,

Do you want nukes in New York City? If I was an evacuated civilian, I would prefer to not return to a nuclear wasteland.

Probably no nukes. We might see the TAC launched again though, as the fallout from that is much less severe.

Nukes for Story/realisum are a big no, but as you said for the engine and just for how it looks, AWSOME!!! But yeah, with all the destructable stuff, no i dont think any pc on this planet (or even the aliens planet) could withstand that amount of onslaught

They'll probably add another super weapon like the PAX from Warhead. And what do you by "how are computers supposed to cope with the destructible environments"? I presume that was a typo and you meant console.

oh yeaah consoles.... man they would be killed if they played crysis multiplayer on high settings and somebody TACed a base in powerstruggle XD, it would just crash ALL CONSOLES ON THE SERVER
