Greetings everyone. I came here led from Customer Support and I need help! I have a problem with download Crysis 3 Open Beta. When I press on the Download button, after a few seconds, it pops up a message saying: "An unexpected error has occurred. Please log out and log back in to resume download. If you continue to experience issues while downloading, please contact customer support." I've contacted Customer Support multiple times and there is still no solution for this problem. I am very frustrated with EA's customer support lately so I would be happy and grateful for whoever helps me with this! Thank you all and have a good day.

That happened to me quite often and sometimes the only thing that fixes it is restarting the download completely. It usually happens if your ISP doesn't respond for a time, it seems it doesn't happen so often now because my connection failed twice yesterday and the downloaded resumed automatically (unlike Steam sometimes when it failed I had to restart it manually and when I woke up in the morning I would find the download hadn't progressed at all)
