Crysis opening tournament (4v4/5v5)

Post » Tue Jun 09, 2009 2:20 pm

Will there be any tournaments / prize tournaments made by crytek upon release of crysis 2?

Companies such as Naughty Dog do cash tournaments with Uncharted 2 on PS3 so just wondered if anything similar would be done.

Thanks

We could possible host a gamesas tournament, although we'd need to decide which platform and how to do it :) I think there's a good chance of this post launch, but right on the launch date... it would depend on community interest. If enough people want it we can see what's possible.

I'd say yes, as long as people actually join.

I don't think they should but if they want to they could given the fact that their working their butts off right now on Crysis 2 making sure everything is perfect as they want a score of 90% and up. Anything below will shatter there minds. So just give them a break I guess. Designing a game isn't all that easy you know. I see Video Games as ART. You need to take time and be creative.
