Some A.I improvments maybe in a future patch?

Come on Crytek, that's a shame.

These fixes aren't anything new in that earlier last week I noticed an accidental tweet (which was taken down in seconds) from one of the dev team. It had a link stating everything Cry-Tom has just said!! Even stating that the patch was going to go out that same day (Wednesday)! Meaning they've been doing little work for us all week!

I did post on the forums when I saw this tweet but it's obviously been lost to the thousands of irrelevant posts.

lol have to agree. Atleast we got a patch.
I guess Cry-tom and Cry-adam forgot to lock the thread after posting.
One would think they would have learned by now.

I play only the MP now , so there s 2 fixes I'm waiting for : anticheat (the measures taken last week have made a difference but I still see some people shooting while remaining cloaked for the entire match) , AND A FIX FOR THE GRAPHIC ISSUEs LIKE CLIPPING AND DARK TEXTURES .
Seriously I won't bich about the graphic quality of the title , I think it's fine , but fix the bugs!!

I hope this will be sorted soon , considering how crytek games are supposed to be the best in the graphical aspect, and how that kind of things really messed up the visuals.

Yeah like that if u ever have a car accident and u got 4 flat tyres would u be happy if they change your broken back window?

No, they need to fix the real problems instead after 11 days fix 6 minor things ( except anti cheat)

Of course it's the people who can't complete it who have the issue... that's the general rule for all bugs. If mainstream software/hardware is creating an incompatibility for a top of the line game for a significant minority of players, then Crytek has a responsibility to look into it.

You can stick your fingers in your ears and shout "Lalalalala" as long as you like, but just look here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QciBjdk3fCQ. See all those people complaining about the very same impassable bug I'm having? Notice how we all have the exact same bug? Notice how we can't continue the game because of that exact same bug? It seems to me that something is clearly causing this product-ruining error, and it's clearly not a unique occurrence on my part.

You know when a car manufacture release 10,000 cars, and finds a tiny minority of them happen to explode for unforeseen reasons... do you think it would be perfectly acceptable for said manufacturer to turn around and blame the customers for not fixing their obviously defunct ticking time bombs?

Poor argument. That video you linked to clearly is game breaking. However the Nano catalyst, which is what I (and previous to that post, you) were discussing, is not game breaking. Can't suddenly change the glitch you were on about, that's not about discussion works.

And with sticking to my actual point of the Nano catalyst and not the glitch in the video you've suddenly decided to throw at me, are you seriously going to compare it to a car bomb?

Your initial post began with Thankful for the MP fixes, please keep em coming. Especially the cheat stuff. And I really miss a loosing stats fix though, I've lost hundreds of kills, counting towards upgrades and perks.

Not sure what ppl are talking about in SP, I've played the SP campaign 3 times from start to finish, had no big issues at all.

Do you see any mention of nano catalyst in there? Did I at any point in any of my posts say anything about experience of a nanocatalyst bug on my part? Do tell, at what point were we discussing the nanocatalyst bug? Do you somehow assume that the only bug discussed in this thread, a thread which applies to all the unfixed problems experienced by PC gamers, applies only and specifically to the nanocatalyst issue?

Everybody complaining in here has a multitude of bugs, and as this contains expressions to have all our problems patched, it does not apply specifically to the nanocatalyst problem. I never mentioned it, that's a conclusion you foolishly drew. My issue is the Semper Fi or Die problem, and though the context of my comparison is exaggerated, it's still fair... my game is broken and therefore unplayable, and I'm not alone.

Now, that a patch is coming they all can't stop complaining? Do you all have a real life? Or just your small room with your computer?

Thanks for the news, Cry-Tom and hurry with the other patches :)
You know, since I don't even play multiplayer, I'd stay away from this messy forums entirely if I could. I don't understand how some users can enjoy a single player experience which has a lot more bugs than the most average console port, especially when this is a 10 hours long, standard FPS and not a free roaming behemoth like Fallout 3.
I'm tired of the nano catalyst thing, the glitches and enemies running in circles instead of attacking me. Heck, even enemies don't respect gamers in this product

Is that asking too much to have a game without bugs?

I did not thank Crytek for something he should have done from the start.

That would only be applicable if we were living in the matrix and you could not simply change tyres. You have to code new ones. Perhaps then they noticed a small crack in my back window, then it would be better to code a new one before the crack becomes bigger.

EDIT: Also they might be working on timeframe priority.
Quickest fixes priority one. etc.

It would be pointless holding back minor patches in order to release major patches. Give us little by little instead of waiting much longer to get lots. Perhaps they though, maybe if we give the community something, then they will understand we are working on issues.

I'am satisfied with a good patch which adresses the worst problems this game has atm.I'am not satisfied with a patch that takes 11 days while being so tiny that it could be more like a hotfix for the **** chat und VOIP.

Go away Crytek fanboy.

I sure hope there are some fixes that were not mentioned in the patch log.... Other wise.... Wow!
Two bugs that bother me frequently. Nano Points and Malee glitch. But most of all, I just want the cheaters and pirates gone.

I bought the game on Thursday and think I will take a break from it until the release dust settles. Wish I waited until the price dropped.

On the plus side the wait is allowing me to finish Borderlands and finish off some games from my "pile of shame"

This patch is already a couple of days old since it must have passed through EA's quality control. So when Tom says there will be more patches we can assume that they are already working on the next patch for several days now. They surely read the forums and know your concerns.

I'm glad that there is a new update.

What about single player fixes! i.e. nanocatalyst resetting? not being able to melee? questionable AI? As far as I can tell the singleplayer is in a lot more need of a patch than multiplayer... and DX11 or even DX10 would be nice as well, cmon crytek listen to your fans cries!
