i cant install patch 1.2, it says cannot delete crysis2.exe from folder. i downloaded mine through E.A download manager. does anyone else have this problem or know what to do?

There is a thread buried on the forum about this, copy the crysis2.exe from the program files folder to your desktop, rename the old one in the program files folder, copy and paste the one from your desktop back and then run the patch. Worked for me.

This didn't fix the only bug I cared about.

After slide the character keeps moving, still no fix. The game is 100% unplayable due to this.

Autoupdate for the Patch is not working, and I can't manually patch because the Patch EXE will only search for Crysis2.exe on Drive 'C' and I have a second drive with my games installed- Drive 'E'

Also I am stuck at the end of 'Semper Fi or Die' where the Aliens and NPC's just simply dissapear, has this been fixed in 1.2.0??

For those that can't seem to get the game to update, did you try launching crysis2launcher.exe?

NB: This exe is not available on all versions so if you can't see that exe in your Crysis 2/Bin32 folder then it may not be needed on your version.

I think that legit copies should not have any problem in updating automatically. I am not one to accuse people of pirating, but it seems a bit odd.

Why did you disable god mode in 1.2? I wanted to mess around in SP but it's locked out now unless I start messing around with package files? What the hell crytek!

OK I haven't browsed through all 90+ pages of this thread yet so this may have been fixed elsewhere, but is anyone having trouble actually patching Crysis 2? I run the launcher, it downloads the patch, and then tells me it cannot delete the old exe, so cancels the patch. Any ideas?

EDIT: for some reason I just tried it again and it worked perfectly. So I guess this is "fixed" but doesn't seem to be any reason why XD;

Well i havent read the 96 pages either, i see someone having trouble levling up, i preordered and got lvl 5. im now lvl 14.... BUT, something is not correct, because in my combat records it says 0 everywhere, and i have apperiently played multiplayer for 23 minutes and im lvl 14 with 0 unlocks. Great game with Great numbers of faults and bugs.

But where is The Nano Catalyst bug fix? Are you kidding?

The nano Catalyst bug at SP after patch 1.2 still exists.... Hey guys at Crytek, please fix it. It's really very disturbing for our nerves playing for "nothing".
