Why are there only 5 servers? and i get disconnected everytime i try to connect to a server.
I haven't got any server in server list... MAYBE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FINDING SERVERS OR GIVE ME IP OF SERVER THEY PLAY PLEASE.. i write this 300000 times and noone help me :@

Yes, i update my game to 1.4 patch.. there are no servers. In fact, this problem comed with the patch 1.4
my search filter is maked on the any buttons

The smallest sign of any brain activity would be to turn back the game to 1.2 . Does money counting using up all the capacity?

One day browser works perfect the next it doesn't. Why is it constantly freezing at 2 fps, seems like that might be part of the problem.

Also been noticing that on some of the maps like parking garage the sky disappears or the texture is not loading.

Also the servers should have a ping cap filter. most of the them in my region (west coast us) the servers are all full, half of the people being 300-500 ping. Need to reserve space for people in the region so we have servers to play on that aren't full.

was on a uk server and they were using that ceph gunship thing all through the match, from the very first secont while another hacker was aimbotting headshots to everyone that the ceph gunship missed, do something please its agaony as some matches are hack free and wonderfully fun

Well that's really nice of you guys that you've released this patch that fixes many annoying things, but is there any chance that the next "patch" will fix this really awful AI Pathfinding ??

There is no DX10 support!

That file is included only for completeness, installing the latest DirectX files and support requires installing some files that may not be used. That dll is one of the unused files.

Although it should be simple enough to add DX10 post process shaders. We may already have some DX10 support in the existing shaders but we just don't know it.

If they didn't test the entire game what makes you think they'll test a patch?

Why did Patch 1.4 come out before Patch 1.3? I thought its 1,2,3,4 not 1,2,4,3

Help me guys! I got some problems with the new patch (1.4) and I reinstalled crysis 2 and installed again. I opened crysis 2 and there promps activation screen. I wrote my serial number to it. Then activation screen crashed and didn't respond. This happened to me all the time when I tried to open crysis 2. Help me, please.

just tried a round.. first impression: wow servers with players are rare.. this game is already dead... nice single player experience (8hours)

I installed patch yesterday and all goes worse. The screen is flashing all in yellow and playing is imposible, if you make patch please, don′t do garbage.

I′m waiting for a nomal gameplay.

I'm also still waiting for a normal gameplay!
This is the reason why i'm still playing with COD6, MOH and BC2.. and i just bought Homefront for the same reason.. all these games are much more playable!!
Crysis 2 still has a lot of bugs, and i hate the fact that my progression and weapons configs are never saved!!

How can I unpatch this to 1.2
I can not play this game with 1.4 patch.
IT FREEZES!!!! every time I want to play. That didnt happen wit 1.2 patch.
What a f****ng disaster of the game.

Update 1.4 has a nice changelog...but...practically it makes the game worse for me. Cheat prevention and improved anti cheat tools are great, but the gameplay feels more sluggish to me - even if the framerate is almost the same as before. The performance is not as good as on version 1.2.

And one of the biggest negatives is the commands blacklist for singleplayer campaign, so I can't use my custom configs anymore. Those few ones on the whitelist are kinda funny. The game on standard extreme settings looks totally consolificated and those custom configs have been some kinda "rescue" for many players...something that makes the game look much better and much more fun.

Now we have to give up on this?!

Why don't you seperate single- und multiplayer for this and give us the possibility to improve what you guys missed. Feedback for the custom configs was awesome...looked ten times better and had the same performance...sometimes even better. So I don't wanna go back to the bad basic look!

Update 1.2 was okay (even if texture mods didn't work anymore) and the only big thing was multiplayer cheating! Now on 1.4 there are less cheaters...and less fun.

Bring back the full custom config support for singleplayer and just block it in multiplayer. And please investigate what's up with the performance. I have a high end system with latest drivers and compared 1.2 and 1.4 - and I'm not the only one who recognized this sluggish performance now.

I stuck at rank 27 and was looking forward to patch 1.4 - now I don't have much fun to play anymore. I think I'll switch to Brink when it's out in two weeks and play my custom mods in warhead again.

Crysis 2 PC Patch 1.4 - Now Live!

A new Crysis 2 PC patch is coming next week and we'd like to give you a preview on some of the changes that will be included.

PC Changes:

• ? Further improvements to anti-cheat measures.
• ? Objectives are returned if they end up in forbidden areas.
• ? Fix for Nanosuit Modules that could not be leveled in some circumstances.
• ? Fix for some instances of errors logging into multiplayer that would report "Could not connect to Gamespy".
• ? Fix for unlock tokens failing to be awarded if a player quit a game in which they leveled up before the end of the round.
• ? Fix for inconsistencies with weapon zooming.
• ? Fix for outdated stats being saved when a client leaves mid-game.
• ? Fixes to the Nanosuit Reboot option available at level 50.
• ? Fixed several weapon exploits.
• ? Fixed a rare issue where auto-aim, stealth kill and grab would not work on an AI.

Update: Patch should now be available and automatically download. Please check that your version has been updated to the latest "1.4.0.0" version via the Crysis2.exe details.

Not all servers are updated to the latest version so there will be a short period of time where only a limited amount of servers are available but keep trying and more servers/slots will become available soon!

Update 2: Steam patch was rolled out but a glitch occured with the rest which is why the patch isn't yet available. Please bear with us while this rollout issue is resolved. Further information in the last post.

Update 3: Autodownloader is now picking up the patch so you should be able to download it. If the patch doesn't automatically download, please use Crysis2Launcher.exe in the Crysis2/Bin32 folder.

Before this patch the multiplayer modality worked perfectly, a part of cheaters. Now I have my points blocked!

How many people actually have more problems with the new patch!
As if they do it deliberately, because this is unbelievable what they did.
Never, but never I played a game that was unfinished and poorly performed like this one!
Not worth even a penny!

AND, OF COURSE, the cheaters are slowly back! Again!
