I have a dumb question,I purchased Crysis 2 from Origin and I`m curious will new updates and patches automatically be installed when I run the game or do I need to manual download patches and updates .

I bought the game and downloaded the dx11 and tess patches but I don`t see any more files to be downloaded .I never played crysis so I`m not sure if it`s one of those games that has new official content added from time to time .

1. The game automatically patches to patch 1.9 when you start it. If it doesn't, report back here.
2. The only way you could install dx11 and high-res textures is with the 1.9 patch installed.
